Job Description

Designing and developing software (including computer games, business applications, operating systems, network control systems, and middleware), computer systems and networks
Maintaining the optimization and security of all computer systems including: provisioning, operation, installation/configuration and maintenance of systems hardware/software/related infrastructure
Providing centralized systems operational support, administration, installation and maintenance of complex enterprise-wide networks (Data, Video, LANs, WANs, SANs)
Installing and maintaining servers and network systems including hardware and software
Coordinating rollouts and upgrades of hardware/software/telecommunications
Preparing documentation according to Shionogi standards and GxP and/or J-SOX regulations. This includes but not limited to, technical specifications, network diagrams, system documentations, operating manuals, testing documents, and operation records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology application; Master’s degree in computer technology a plus
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferred
A certification course in systems management and information technology
A thorough knowledge about software, hardware and network applications and systems security devices
At least one of the following certifications: MCP, MCAS, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, ITIL preferred
