RRGS provides a 401(k) Safe Harbor Profit Sharing plan for retirement savings. The Company will fund 10%* of base salary into each eligible employee’s account per calendar year. Employees may contribute their own funds up to the IRS limits.
*Safe Harbor contribution of 7% and Profit Share contribution of 3% of base salary. Profit Share contribution is subject to a 3-year vesting period.
Red Rock Government Services employs a Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy for all benefit-eligible employees with the intention to foster a culture of trust and responsibility. FTO is not accrued; it is simply available to you when you need to use it. Employees are encouraged to take time off as it pertains to their personal needs, such as vacation, sickness, family needs, etc, without worrying if they have accrued enough time off.
*A minimum annual billable hour requirement is expected to be satisfied by each Red Rock employee.
Regular, Full Time employees enjoy 10 paid holidays per calendar year following the government OPM Holiday Schedule. The 4 minor holidays may be used as floating holidays when approved by the employee’s client.
Military leave provides eligible employees with up to 40 hours (5 days) per calendar year of supplemental pay while on military training.
Tuition / training reimbursement up to $4000 per year for eligible employees.
